Data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

• Booking details: your name, mobile number, the service requested and your preferred appointment time — the information you enter yourself in the booking form.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
• Medical records: collected in the clinic during examination and treatment and held in your patient file. These are never collected through the website.
• Technical data: browser and device type and the pages you visit, used in aggregate to improve the site.

Booking through WhatsApp

When you complete a booking, your request is handed off to WhatsApp and sent to the clinic as a message from you. Your booking details therefore pass through WhatsApp and are subject to its privacy policy alongside this one.

The website itself keeps no copy of your booking and stores nothing in a database — the details travel directly from your device into a WhatsApp conversation with the clinic.

How we use your data

• To confirm, schedule and contact you about appointments.
• To provide appropriate dental care and follow up on your treatment.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To improve the site's content and usability.
• To meet applicable regulatory and healthcare obligations.

Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone.

Access is limited to the clinical and administrative team, only as far as needed to deliver your care, or to the competent authorities where we are legally required to disclose it.

How we protect it

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and patient files are held in clinic systems with restricted access.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security for anything sent to us electronically.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or for the period required of medical records by applicable healthcare regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whichever is longer.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy of it.

Pediatric dentistry appointments are booked by a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect data directly from minors through the site; any such data is provided by their guardian.
